Motorcycles R Us

A while ago, I was talking with a friend and he said "you should write a book."

Flattering as that was, work and making a living has gotten in the way of those kinds of things but my passion is and remains motorcycles.

I've worked with some famous names, Russ Collins (RC Engineering) and Nigel Patrick (Patrick Racing) to name a few.

I was a test rider for Honda R & D, a Tech Coordinator for Suzuki America, line mechanic for Yamaha...may I say it's difficult to make a living in motorcycles?  Unfortunately I couldn't raise a family on a modest salary and so took up engineering.

That's where I am today.  I hope to cross over my professional engineering (aerospace) experience to the science of motorcycling.

It'll be no ordinary thing.

  1. Glad you are following your passion--and thanks for the making a living thing too. :) I know from 30 years of living with you that anybody who has ever had a motorcycle, wanted a motorcycle, had a question about a motorcycle AND who has known you, saw you as the incredible answer man for their questions. You are the GURU. And, the best part is, you really care about their questions. I am sure this blog will become a GURU HUB for many who have questions, present, past and future friends of yours.
